- The prices are per apartment and day for 2 people with a minimum stay of 4 days.
- For each additional person we charge 12.00 euros per day, children up to 4 years live free of charge.

At the stated price comes the tourist fee added. This is Euro 2.70 per person and day (from the age of 14) and is paid on site.
- Pets are welcome: We charge 12.00 € per day without meals.
- On request, there is fresh milk from our cows and a bread delivery service.
- Bed linen, hand and bath towels, as well as tea towels are also available and will be changed if necessary.
- The price includes final cleaning, electricity, heating.
- Reservations are binding if a deposit of Euro 100.- has been received.
- Cancellations There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code - nevertheless, we grant the following cancellation conditions:
Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: the deposit paid will not be refunded, no additional fees.
Cancellation from 30th to 15th Day before arrival: 50% of the agreed total price.
Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival: 100% of the agreed total price.
In case of early departure or late arrival: 100% of the agreed daily price for each unused day.
In case of no-show: 100% of the total price of the stay.
Communication in accordance with Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code (GvD 206/2005).
For a binding booking, we ask for a deposit as a booking guarantee.
